Pablo Franco

Head coach

Pablo Franco is a professional padel coach with more than 15 years of international experience. He has worked in 9 countries, served as Head Coach of the Qatar National Team, is currently a coach educator at PadelMBA, and is an ambassador for brands such as Adidas Padel, Racquet-Link, and Boba Rackets.

As a player, he reached the Top 350 in the world, competed in First Category tournaments in Spain, and currently plays P1000 tournaments in Belgium.

With an exclusive methodology for all levels, Pablo combines technique, tactics, and real on-court experience to help every player reach their highest potential. Today, he leads Pablo Franco Academy, a project where learning and passion for padel come together.

After spending 15 years in Spain (Seville) and accumulating more than 20 years of padel experience, his passion for the sport remains as strong as ever. He has been teaching padel in Belgium for approximately six years, sharing his expertise with players of all levels.

For him, padel is the perfect outlet after a demanding workday—a way to transmit his experience while helping players progress and enjoy the sport to the fullest.

He values open communication and tailors each training session to the needs and ambitions of every player. For beginners, his goal is to help them quickly experience enjoyment and confidence in their matches. For more advanced players, he focuses on elevating their level through a detailed analysis of their strengths and areas for improvement.

Danny Joris

Danny Joris, 53, is an experienced coach based in Kontich. After a successful 35-year background in tennis, he transitioned to padel in 2020 and obtained his coaching certification in 2021. Since then, he has been an active coach at Meadow Club Kontich, where he brings a strong technical foundation and a long-standing dedication to racket sports.

Since 2022, Danny has co-organized an annual padel camp in Lloret d’Amar together with a coaching colleague, offering players an intensive training experience abroad. As of October 1st, he has also joined the Pablo Franco Academy, further enhancing his professional development and expertise as a padel coach.

Gabriel SoSa

Gabi is an Argentinian padel coach with over 15 years on court and 6 years as a professional coach. Certified by the Argentinian Padel Federation and the MM Academy (Manu Martín).
He has coached players of all levels in Argentina and Belgium.

His method combines technique, tactics, and game intelligence, always tailored to each player. With passion and commitment, he helps players reach their full potential on and off the court.
