Shipping Policy
All Padel Courses purchased through pablofrancoacademy.be are confirmed digitally.
- Delivery method: After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation and course ticket/registration details by email.
- Delivery time: Confirmation is typically sent within a few minutes of purchase. If you don’t receive it within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@pablofrancoacademy.be.
- Physical shipping: Since our products are course registrations, no physical shipping takes place.
Return & Cancellation Policy
Please note that purchasing a course secures your spot in a real-life training session. As these are services with fixed times and limited availability, different rules apply than with physical products.
- Non-refundable: Once your booking is completed, it is non-refundable.
- Transfers: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person. Please inform us at hello@pablofrancoacademy.be at least 48 hours before the course starts so we can update the registration details.
- Course cancellations by us: In the rare event that the Academy must cancel a course (e.g. due to unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered the option to reschedule to another available course date.
