1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made via Pablo Franco Academy (“we”, “our”, “us”) for Padel Courses (“services”). By placing an order on our webshop, you (“the customer”, “participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Course bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
  • Payments are accepted through the online methods offered at checkout.
  • Prices are stated in euro and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Delivery of Course Confirmation

  • After successful payment, participants will receive a booking confirmation and course details by email.
  • It is the responsibility of the participant to provide a correct and valid email address.
  • If confirmation is not received within 24 hours, please contact us.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers

  • No refunds: All bookings are final and non-refundable.
  • Transfer of participation: If a participant cannot attend, they may transfer their booking to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours before the course.
  • Course cancellations by us: In the event we must cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a rescheduled course date.

5. Participant Responsibilities

  • Participants are expected to arrive on time and bring appropriate sportswear and equipment unless otherwise stated.
  • Participation is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit to take part in the course.
  • Any medical conditions or injuries must be communicated to the coach prior to participation.

6. Liability

  • We are not liable for any personal injury, accident, or loss of personal belongings during the course, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  • Personal information provided during booking will only be used for processing the order and providing the service.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Antwerpen (RPR Antwerpen).
